ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Your Ether Personal Training begins with a Structural Assessment, gathering the data needed to design a training program tailored specifically to you and your goals.

Each Personal Training session is 60 minutes in length. One hour, 2-3 times per week spent TRAINING: learning to safely and effectively perform exercises that elicit maximum results! From a Triceps Extension, to the more complex Deadlift, your Coach is with you for every rep, to ensure you reach your goals efficiently and pain-free.
